Fix ServiceBooking ID prefix and notification messages

- change ServiceBooking ID prefix from `SRV` to `SBK`
- add customer notification when technician is assigned to booking
- fix typo in job completion exception message
- remove unnecessary newline characters from completion notifications

Fixes #1780
