Precondition:

- Verify that system displays "Error: Invalid Username or Password".
3. Enter valid admin credentials.
- Verify that AdminMenu is displayed successfully.
4. Enter valid technician or customer credentials.
- Verify that TechnicianMenu or CustomerMenu is displayed accordingly.
