Changes: - Added notifyAllAdmins() helper in ServiceManagementService. - Sent notifications to all administrators when a customer places a service booking. - Sent notifications to all administrators when a customer purchases a combo package. - Included the generated Service Booking ID in admin notifications. Fixes #2100
